Positive recruitment for diversity

RWA recognises that each of us bring our experiences, our backgrounds and our own unique perspective to what we do. We believe our work will be stronger with greater diversity and welcome applications from those who bring balance to our organisation. We therefore welcome applications from people with characteristics currently under-represented in our team and will offer an interview to those who meet our minimum requirements and are global majority or mixed heritage; identify as non-binary, trans and/or LGBTQ+; have a recognised disability, or are neurodivergent.

Voluntary Positions

So much of what we do is thanks to our dedicated team of volunteers. From taking care of our visitors, to assisting our workshop leaders, every single volunteer makes a valuable difference to the RWA.

Artist Opportunities

Please visit the 'Artists' section of this website for opportunities specifically for artists, such as Annual Open Exhibitions and the chance to apply to become an Artist Network Member or Academician.

RWA recognises that each of us bring our experiences, our backgrounds and our own unique perspective to what we do. You may not have direct experience of a cultural organisation but perhaps you have relevant experience in a different setting? We believe our work will be stronger with greater diversity and welcome applications from those who bring balance to our organisation. We therefore welcome applications from people with characteristics currently under-represented in our governance and will offer an interview to those who meet our minimum requirements and are global majority or mixed heritage; identify as non-binary, trans and/or LGBTQ+; have a recognised disability, or are neurodiverse.
