Ad hoc booking: £16 to attend on an ad hoc basis, payable on the night on a first come first served basis 

Alongside our popular and well-established Untutored Life Drawing sessions, enjoy the playful 'Portrait Club' allowing attendees to move between drawing the figure and face, within the magnificent surrounds of the RWA.

With the option to draw life models in long and short poses and portraits of each other, this exciting combined approach will provide a rich and inspiring format for figurative drawing - whether you are inclined towards loose, quick studies, or more detailed drawings.

Basic materials are included, although no charcoal is permitted in the galleries.

*NB - there is no Untutored Life Drawing session during half term on Wednesday 19 February, and due to exhibition change over, the first session on 22 January 2025 is available only to those who have block booked for all 10 sessions.

Participants must be 16 or over.

If eligible, discounts must be applied when first purchasing your class and cannot be given retrospectively. Please contact us if the discount code is not working.

If you have a disability, learning difficulty or mental health issue which you feel may affect your participation in your chosen class, please either email drawingschool@rwa.org.uk or call 07745694563, prior to booking, so we are aware of any needs you may have.

Refund/transfer and Cancellation Policy: We are unable to offer full or part cash refunds, but you are eligible for an RWA gift voucher or transfer, minus an admin fee*, provided you notify us more than 14 days before the start of your class with us. If we cancel a course or workshop for any reason, then participants will be offered a different date, course/workshop or RWA gift voucher. 

*Admin fee for courses £25, Admin fee for workshops £15
