Junior Drawing School has a new name: Art Skills!
Art Skills is a series of workshops designed specially for budding young artists and are held in the RWA Studio. This is an opportunity for young art enthusiasts to work with established artists to learn new skills and techniques that they can try again at home.
This winter break join artist Abigail Reed for a workshop creating atmospheric mini winter landscapes.
Abigail Reed will guide you through the process of using charcoal and a watercolour wash to create a beautiful artwork to take home. She'll also bring a selection of her drawings to show, demonstrate her method and support you to achieve a new creative skill.
Suitable for children ages 7 - 11.
Limited places available - booking recommended.
Parents/Carers must remain in the building but are encouraged to enjoy the café, galleries and RWA shop while their children are in the workshop. Parents/Carers will receive complimentary exhibition entry.
