Routine and Ritual: Performance of the Everyday
16 May - 17 June 18
An exhibition of works from the permanent collection, curated by MA students from the University of Bristol.
Inspired by themes of performance found in the current main exhibition Sawdust and Sequins: The Art of The Circus, this exhibition explores the rituals, routines and moments of performance we experience each day.
From the identities we assume in our working lives, to intimate, domestic rituals, the exhibition considers these moments of performance and how they shape identity.
Admission is free.
