Tutor - Esmé Clutterbuck
Wednesdays, 10am - 3pm | 4 weeks
Starts Wednesday 11 June 2025
Explore the process of turning your drawings into paintings in an experimental and supportive atmosphere. We will work in the studio and out on location. Day 1. Studio - Prepare sketchbook surfaces and develop painted sketches from artists’ drawings. This will help to make clearer the kind of drawings you will want to make once outside. Days 2 and 3 are at various locations in the cit. Draw using a range of materials, including colour. On Day 4 – Studio - Make paintings over a whole day in acrylic from the information we have gathered. Please bring a sketchbook to the first session.
Suits all levels of experience.
Details regarding specific Bristol venues and meet up locations will be sent to participants after booking.
