22 Aug 19
THIS EVENT HAS NOW FINISHED
PLEASE CLICK HERE TO SEE OUR CURRENT EVENTS AND EXHIBITIONS
Thursday 22nd August 10:30am–12:30pm
With a focus on drawing, artist Jessica Bartlett will show you how to use a pyrography tool to burn drawings freehand into a painted surface or piece of wood, leaving a textured line similar to that of an etching. It is great for becoming more free with your drawing and not worrying - the burning process is permanent so no rubbing out!
A risk assessment is available concerning the use of heated tools.
Suitable for ages 8+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
