Junior Drawing School - Night-time cityscape with Abigail Reed
9 August 2023
Wednesday 9 August 2023, 10am - 12pm
“They are full of memories, lost lives and found objects” Lubaina Himid
Join artist Abigail Reed to build a collaborative cityscape drawing from your thoughts and experiences of living in Bristol and inspired by our exhibition Found Cities, Lost Objects: Women in the City (20 May - 13 Aug 2023)
Abby will encourage you to think about Bristol's history, imagine it's future and explore what it means to you. We'll assemble the collaborative artwork onto a large roll of black paper to create a night-time cityscape, using drawing and collage to bring the vibrant city to life.
Limited places available - booking recommended.
Parents/Carers must remain in the building but are encouraged to enjoy the café, galleries and RWA shop while their children are in the workshop. Parents/Carers will receive complimentary exhibition entry.
