Saturday 21st December 2019 10:30am–12:30pm
Alice Hendy, (photographer and one half of artist duo 'Let's Make Art'), is ready to show you one of the earliest 'shadowgram' photography techniques to make striking blue and white cyanotype images.
This workshop is inspired by the contemporary photography in the winter exhibition 'Africa State of Mind'.
Not only will you be able to make a cyanotype photograph of your favourite small objects (that you can bring along with you) but you will also be able to try it with an array of interesting materials in the studio.
You will even be able to make an extra print to give away as a Christmas present!
Suitable for ages 7+. Parents must remain in the building but are encouraged to enjoy the cafe, galleries and RWA shop while their children are in the workshop.
