Free Family Workshop - Papermaking
4 April 2024
Thursday 4 April 2024 | 10am - 11am and 11.15am - 12.15pm | FREE
Inspired by our exhibitions, These Mad Hybrids: John Hoyland and Contemporary Sculpture and Deckled Edge, join us for a papermaking workshop creating colourful abstract paper artworks.
We'll guide you through the method of creating paper and show you a few examples of ways to play around with different layers and colours, then you'll be free to experiment and create your own vibrant artworks.
Please note that we will dry the paper for you at the RWA and it will be ready to collect the following week.
To make sure everyone gets a good amount of time with the equipment and materials we've divided this workshop into two 1 hour time slots, please only book on to one.
Adults must remain with children. Limited places available - booking recommended.
