Annual Open Exhibition 172 - Artist Hand in days
Important: This page is for exhibiting artists only.
Results emails were sent to all artists on the 21st of July, 2025. Please ensure that you have checked your results prior to booking your hand in slot.
Key Steps:
Book Your Hand-In Slot:
- If your work is selected, you must book a hand-in slot above.
- Drop your work off on one of the specified days only. We cannot accept work on other days.
Hand-In Address:
- Address: RWA, Queens Rd, Clifton, Bristol BS8 1PX
- Parking: Available on the forecourt during drop-off. There is limited space, so please move your vehicle promptly after delivering your work. There are road works happening around the RWA so please allow extra time.
Key Information:
- Be prepared for potential wait times during busy periods.
- Arrive anytime within your booked hour slot (e.g., for a 1pm slot, arrive between 1:00pm and 1:59pm).
- RWA technicians can assist with large or heavy works. You may also bring your own help.
- Stick to your booked time slot as closely as possible.
- For BSL interpreter or accessibility support, contact exhibition@rwa.org.uk.
How to Label and Deliver Your Work:
- Print off your QR code that was sent in your results email.
- Attach your labels:
- Use thin white card or paper for labels, attached with string and strong tape. The string should hang in front when mounted.
- Labels should not be laminated or in plastic wallets. They are recycled after the show.
- Include your name and title of work on the back.
- Clearly mark the top of the work with a 'this way up' indicator on the back.
- Delivering Your Work:
- Works should arrive unwrapped. Space will be available to unwrap on delivery. Take packaging with you.
- Fragile works can remain wrapped if the image is visible during placement.
