Congratulations again on participating in our 172nd Annual Open Exhibition!  The show received an incredible response, and we are so proud to have exhibited your work!  
 
As a reminder the show will close on Sunday 28 December 2025 and any unsold work must be collected from the RWA between 10 – 12 January 2026

You will be informed of any final sales made in the forthcoming period from w/c Monday 29 December 2025. Please ensure that you have checked for any updates prior to booking your collection slot. 

Key Steps:

Book Your Collection Slot:

  • If your work remains unsold at the end of the exhibition, you must book a collection slot above.
  • Collection dates for all unsold works are the 10th, 11th and 12th of January 2026.
  • Collect your work on one of the specified days only. We cannot accept arrangements on other days.
  • IMPORTANT: Unsold works that have not been collected by end of day 12th January 2026 will incur a storage charge of £15 per work per week (Monday to Monday), to be paid upon final collection. 

Collection Address:

  • Address: RWA, Queens Rd, Clifton, Bristol BS8 1PX
  • Parking: Available on the forecourt during drop-off. There is limited space, so please move your vehicle promptly after picking up your work. There are road works happening around the RWA so please allow extra time.

Key Information:

  • Be prepared for potential wait times during busy periods.
  • Arrive anytime within your hourly booked slot.
  • RWA technicians can assist with large or heavy works. You may also bring your own help.
  • Stick to your booked time slot as closely as possible.
  • For BSL interpreter or accessibility support, contact exhibition@rwa.org.uk.

How to Collect Your Work:

  1. Print off your QR code that was sent in your results email and used during the hand-in day.
  2. Collecting Your Work:
    • After being deinstalled, works will remain unwrapped. Limited space will be available to wrap upon collection. Please bring your own materials or provide your courier with the correct wrapping required.
  3. To collect work, Artists must bring ID that has the same name as your application profile. Work will not be released otherwise.
  4. If a third party is collecting your work, an email must be sent to exhibition@rwa.org.uk with their name and the names of the works they are collecting. They must show ID upon collection.
  5. If you are arranging for a courier to collect your work, artists must email exhibition@rwa.org.uk with details of the collection at least one week in advance. The RWA is unable to package works for collection.
  6. If any work submitted is not collected within 3 months after the closing date, the RWA shall be entitled to at its absolute discretion as it sees fit, without prior notice to the artist, sell or otherwise dispose of such works and devote the proceeds of such sale or other disposition to the charitable work of the RWA.
