Poetry Workshop with Leeza Awojobi

Come along to explore the texture of words with Leeza as she guides you through a poetry workshop unearthing your own response to images of landscape, dust and soil in our exhibition Earth: Digging Deep in British Art 1781 - 2022. This workshop will use visual inspiration from Earth to develop your own poetic voice in relation to the exhibition.
Leeza Awojobi is a poet and cultural producer based in Bristol. She uses her creative vision to explore the varied ways in which we express and experience our humanness. Her writing and performance focuses on what we have in common. She is an inspiring performer and encouraging teacher.
This workshop is aimed at 14-18 year olds.
