THIS EXHIBITION HAS NOW CLOSED. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO SEE OUR CURRENT EXHIBITIONS
This exhibition showcases the creative work made by young people on Creative Youth Network's Creative Courses Summer term. Practitioners delivered Dance, Textiles, 3D Art, Theatre and Song Writing Courses, enabling the young people to express themselves creatively.
All courses took inspiration from our upcoming exhibition, Earth: Digging Deep in British Art 1781 - 2022 and the young people reflected on the theme of Earth, to create their work.
Creative Youth Network's Creative Courses empower young people to find their own artistic vision, and give them the tools and networks to develop their creativity.
The hands-on approach helps young people to build confidence and healthy relationships in an environment where sharing emotions is safe, and equips them with the skills and experience to turn their creative passions into professional success.
Creative Youth Network is a registered charity based in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. They help all young people to reach their potential and live fulfilling lives, by building secure, positive relationships with them based on the unique needs of each person.
Creative Youth Network run four youth centres, offer general advice and support, careers advice and support and run creative courses that all enable young people, no matter what their background or circumstances, to reach their own potential.
This exhibition runs alongside our major exhibition, Earth: Digging Deep in British Art 1781 - 2022 (ticketed). Entrance to the Cafe, Family Activity Space and Kenny Gallery are free. This exhibition can be accessed without an exhibition ticket.
