Saturday 7 November | 9:30am - 10:30am
Join experienced yoga practitioner Naomi Hayama at the RWA for a mindful journey through the 173rd Annual Open Exhibition.
Naomi’s practice, ‘Vision Yoga’, uses simple techniques to help you see and experience the exhibition with fresh attention. You’ll learn breathing techniques and gentle, accessible movements to relax and focus your eyes, mind and body. You’ll then bring this calm awareness into the galleries, becoming more present with your experience amid the exhibition.
No yoga experience or mat is needed: most of the practice will take place seated. Wear something comfortable if you like, although everyday clothes are absolutely fine. Everyone is welcome!
