Watercolour for Wellbeing

with Emma Burleigh

Emma Burleigh has made this introduction to watercolour for wellbeing. Follow along her videos to learn the tools you'll need, how to mix your paints well and to discover three different activities. She encourages you to explore and experiment and not to worry if things go 'wrong'. 

  You will need:

  • Watercolour paints (pans or tubes)
  • Water pot for rinsing dirty brushes
  • 2nd water pot - keep this water clean
  • Watercolour brushes preferably 2 in sizes 4/6 and 8/10 
  • Masking tape
  • Tissue/Kitchen paper
  • Watercolour Paper approx-350gsm Cold or Not press surface
  • Palette or White china plate
  • Optional large chisel shaped brush
