4-day Summer Art Skills suitable for children ages 7 - 11.

1. Tuesday 29 July 2025, 9am - 1pm, Painting a Seascape with Catherine Knight
2. Wednesday 30 July 2025, 9am - 1pm, Playful Prints from Nature with Victoria Willmott
3. Thursday 31 July 2025, 9am - 1pm, Colourful Lino: Draw, Carve, Print with Victoria Willmott 
4. Friday 1 August 2025, 9am - 1pm,  Pop-Up Book with Elena Hayward

The RWA Gallery hosts half-day creative workshops for children, run by talented and experienced artists. Each session invites young participants to try out new techniques, discover different art styles, and work with a range of exciting materials. The children will also enjoy time in the exhibition spaces. Every activity is inspired by the spirit of summer and our current exhibition, Soft Power, Lives told through textile art.

All bookings must be accompanied by a completed Summer Art Skills Consent Form 2025.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: 

• Full refunds (minus an admin fee*) are available if you notify us more than 14 days before the start of your booked class.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the class date cannot be refunded, including if your child is unwell on the day.
• If your child is unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us or, if eligible, arrange a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel Summer Art Skills sessions due to unforeseen circumstances up to 48 hours before the class. In this case, all bookings will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

*Admin Fee:

• £12 for the four half-day package

• £3.50 for a single half-day booking
