Learn the art of producing delicate artwork from paper. You will learn a variety of skills from how to cut with a craft knife, making paper sculptures, scoring techniques and quilling. Removing shapes to reveal a design takes you into an almost meditative state that sharpens focus and calms the mind. This workshop is designed for you to take time to create something beautiful that will brighten up your home. The technique of paper cutting offers a dramatic aesthetic effect unlike any other. Suitable for all abilities.
Inspired by Lotte Reiniger's work in our major exhibition Refuge and Renewal.
