Textile artists Maria Faiomy and Sana Elgoraish invite you to join an embroidery workshop inspired by art work in our current exhibitions, Windrush: Portraits of a Pioneering Generation, Rasheed Araeen: Conscious Forms and Valda Jackson: Miss Polly. Create your own beautiful geometric embroidered artwork. 

Sana and Maria will show you the basics of embroidery and some examples for you to follow. We'll have options available for all ages and abilities, from a fine thread and needle to big plastic needles and wide mesh fabric for younger artists.

Adults must remain with children. Please book places for all adults and children attending as there is a limited capacity to the space.
