British Sign Language Gallery Tour July

Saturday 27 July 2024 | 1.30-3.30pm | FREE
Led by Chisato Minamimura, from a Deaf perspective, this exhibition tour will be carried out in British Sign Language. Each session will focus on a different selection of art works
Using her skills and experience working in the art sector as well as art history knowledge, Chisato helps audiences gain insight into an exhibition. She works with major museums and galleries including the National Gallery, the Tate, the British Museum and the Whitechapel Gallery.
The tour will be exploring our current exhibitions, Windrush: Portraits of a Pioneering Generation, Rasheed Araeen: Conscious Forms and Valda Jackson: Miss Polly.
These sessions are free, and booking is advised.
