Also Artists: A Staff Exhibition - Private View

Please read the text below carefully before booking your ticket.

As an exhibiting artist, you are entitled to book a ticket for yourself and one guest ONLY.

The exhibition is hung in the Lower Ground Floor exhibition space at the RWA, which has a very limited capacity. To make sure that we adhere to the building's safety regulations, we must make sure there is only a maximum of 60 people in the exhibition space at any one time. We anticipate that if all exhibiting artists and their plus ones come to the PV, there will be far more than 60 people at the event. Therefore, we will be operating a one-in, one-out system on the Lower ground Floor.

The First floor will be strictly off-limits for this event, but we are going to transform the foyer on the Ground Floor into a mingling/performance space where you can chat, drink and listen to some musical and spoken word performances from several of the exhibiting artists, while you wait for your turn to go down into the exhibition space. We appreciate that this is not the ideal situation, but we must make sure that everyone has the chance to join in the festivities whilst remaining safe within the building.

There will be no bar at this event, but you are welcome to bring your own drinks. Alcohol is permitted, but we cannot allow any spirits to be consumed on the premises. Beer and wine are your best bet. Glasses will be provided.

There is no dress code, but you are welcome to wear your wackiest and most wonderful attire; it is a celebration, after all.

You are welcome to join at any time between 6.30 – 8.30 pm. If you would like to be here for performances/ speeches, please make sure to arrive at the times listed below.

Doors open: 6.30 pm

Performances in the foyer: 6.45 – 7.30 pm

Thank-you’s and speeches: 7.30 pm

Event ends: 8.30 pm

Finally, we want this event to be a safe space for everyone. Just as the exhibition is a celebration of you and your creativity, so should this event be. If anyone behaves in an inappropriate or antisocial manner, they will be asked to leave the premises.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you. See you there!
