This workshop is for all the family to enjoy together!
Follow this step by step video to create beautiful painted eggs to decorate your home for Spring and Easter. Have fun preparing your eggs and painting patterns on them. You will then be able to hang them or place in a bowl or make your own nest to show them off. Learn how to paint with enamel paints, which will ensure your decorative painting remains beautiful for years to come.
Materials list:
- an egg or lots of eggs
- an egg box
- a needle or nail ( something to pierce a small hole in the egg with)
- a bowl
- a glass of water
- paintbrushes
- enamel paints
- a cloth to wipe your paintbrush clean
- turpentine or white spirit - with adult supervision only
- thread
- a bead
The workshop is being delivered via video. The video link will be sent out on 2nd April.
Due to the coronavirus closures we have had to make decisions on our programme and decided to continue with our winter activities online. We do hope you will enjoy the fun of an artist-led workshop at home.
