The RWA Galleries are adaptable spaces suitable for many occasions, from drinks receptions to staff training, conferencing and dinners.

Receptions and Dinners:

Our Main Galleries provide a stunning setting for evening events.

Monday Conferencing:

Meeting Room Hire:We offer our main galleries for conferencing every Monday. Our main gallery can seat up to 250 theatre style and we have four break out spaces for up to 50 people each. We offer a full catering service. AV/presentation equipment can be provided at your request.

Our Fedden Gallerry is perfect for meetings and seminars for up to 50 people. The room is fitted with AV equipment.

Breakfast Hires:

We offer breakfast meetings in all of our spaces. We can offer delicious breakfast food and drinks to welcome your guests.

Private Dining :

The Milner Gallery offers a grand but more intimate setting for private dinner parties of up to 30 guests.

You may also like to consider enriching your guests experience of our exhibitions by booking an introduction to the current show by a curator or senior member of staff.

By hiring our spaces, not only are you guaranteed a stunning event with a unique backdrop in the centre of Bristol, but you are also supporting the RWA to fund our activities and maintain our beautiful buildings. The RWA receives no national or local government funding, and is dependent on self-generated income, investment and charitable support.
