| 'My
work has developed within a duality of landscape and still life. The paintings
evolve subjectively through the manipulation and response to the medium
of oil paint or prepared gesso surfaces. Shapes, outlines, objects emerge
and in the layering and removal of paint this process becomes intrinsic
to the final image.' |
