Peter Amos studied art at the West of England College in his native Bristol between 1949 and 1956. His main medium is watercolour, with still life and landscape being his preferred subject matter.
He has shown regularly at the RWA and has work in the permanent collection. The Royal Watercolour Society, the New English Art Club and the Royal Institute are among the many venues in which he has also shown work.
Peter Amos has also had a long and distinguished career as a design consultant, mainly within the field of graphic design.
