RWA Employment Opportunities

The Royal West of England Academy is the first art gallery in Bristol. It was established in 1844 to house the largest naturally lit gallery spaces in South West Britain, an art school and a permanent collection of works of art. Today, the RWA is a modern visual arts institution offering a vibrant programme of exhibitions and educational events all year round. It is at an exiting stage in its development, with recent substantial improvements to the fabric of its building, a strategic alliance with the University of the West of England, and an ever ambitious exhibitions programme. The RWA has been a self-supporting institution for over 150 years and is a registered charity. Recently the RWA has achieved a full registered museum status, thereby becoming the youngest museum in Bristol.
